Scope of Work

Only deliverables specifically identified in the applicable product description, proposal, agreement, statement of work, invoice, or package are included.

Requests outside the approved scope may require additional fees and additional production time.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, materials, content, logos, photographs, files, credentials, approvals, feedback, access, permissions, and other items reasonably necessary to perform the services.

Client delays may affect project schedules.

Payments

Payment requirements vary by service.

Payment structures may include payment in full, deposits, installments, milestone payments, subscriptions, membership payments, monthly retainers, or another agreed payment structure.

Project Timelines

Project schedules and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Client delays, third-party services, emergencies, technical problems, weather, vendor schedules, delayed payments, requested scope changes, or circumstances outside VIRGINIASWHITE Studio's reasonable control may affect project timelines.

No Guarantee of Results

VIRGINIASWHITE Studio does not guarantee specific revenue, sales, leads, marketing performance, social media growth, website traffic, search rankings, advertising results, media coverage, sponsorships, audience growth, publicity outcomes, or other business outcomes.

Third-Party Costs

Unless expressly included, Studio fees do not include third-party expenses such as advertising spend, printing, shipping, postage, merchandise production, media placement, paid fonts, stock assets, music licensing, domain registration, website hosting, software subscriptions, vendor charges, travel, permits, venue fees, or other external expenses.

Intellectual Property

Intellectual-property ownership and licensing depend upon the specific product, service, and agreement.

Additional Agreements

A project may also be governed by a proposal, contract, statement of work, invoice, product description, or other written agreement.

Where a signed project-specific agreement establishes different terms for that project, that agreement controls to the extent stated in it.
