Included Revisions
The number of included revision rounds is identified in the applicable product description, package, proposal, statement of work, or agreement.
What Is a Revision?
A revision is an adjustment to work created within the approved scope and creative direction.
Revisions may include reasonable:
Text adjustments
Color adjustments
Layout refinements
Image substitutions
Design modifications
Content refinements
What Is Not Generally Considered a Standard Revision?
The following generally fall outside standard revisions:
A completely new creative direction
A new concept after another concept has been approved
New deliverables
Major scope changes
Additional website pages
Additional videos
Additional designs
New campaigns
Rewriting approved content from scratch
Changes resulting from newly introduced project requirements
These requests may require additional fees.
Feedback
Clients should provide clear and consolidated feedback for each revision round.
Multiple fragmented feedback submissions may be treated as additional revision requests when they result in additional rounds of work.
Approval
Approval of a deliverable indicates acceptance of that stage of the project.
Changes requested after final approval may require additional fees and production time.
