REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Because VIRGINIASWHITE Studio primarily provides custom professional and creative services, refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and the amount of work already completed.

Professional Services

Once work begins, amounts corresponding to work completed, time performed, capacity reserved, approved expenses, or nonrecoverable commitments are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the governing agreement.

Deposits

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits and initial payments may reserve Studio capacity and may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the governing agreement.

Digital Products

Because digital products may be accessed or delivered immediately, digital purchases are generally final once accessed or delivered, except where required by law or where the product is materially defective.

Physical Products

Physical-product returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Memberships

Membership cancellation applies prospectively according to the applicable membership terms.

Cancellation does not automatically create a right to reimbursement for previous billing periods.

Specific Agreements

Any refund or cancellation rights expressly provided in a product description, checkout terms, proposal, or signed agreement apply to the relevant transaction.
