PROJECT CANCELLATION POLICY

Either VIRGINIASWHITE Studio or the client may cancel or terminate a project according to the applicable client agreement.

Client Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work begins, the client remains responsible for applicable amounts associated with:

• Work already completed

• Time already performed

• Capacity already reserved where permitted by the agreement

• Approved expenses

• Third-party commitments

• Nonrecoverable costs

• Other amounts required under the governing agreement

Work Created Before Cancellation

Work completed before cancellation does not automatically transfer to the client unless applicable payment requirements have been satisfied and appropriate usage or ownership rights have been granted.

Studio Cancellation or Suspension

VIRGINIASWHITE Studio may suspend or terminate a project in circumstances including:

• Nonpayment

• Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct

• Unlawful requests

• Persistent nonresponsiveness

• Material breach of an agreement

• Failure to provide required materials

• Circumstances making continued performance unreasonable or impossible

Any termination provisions contained in a signed project agreement govern the applicable project.
