PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY TERMS

These terms apply to photography and videography services provided by VIRGINIASWHITE Studio.

Booking

Photography and videography services are considered reserved only after required booking steps, agreements, and payments have been completed.

Schedule

Clients and participating individuals should be ready at the agreed start time.

Additional coverage or time may require additional fees.

Creative Style

By booking VIRGINIASWHITE Studio, clients acknowledge the Studio's creative approach and understand that individual creative decisions may vary depending on location, lighting, environment, weather, subject, equipment, project objectives, and available production conditions.

Shot Requests

Specific requested shots should be communicated during project planning.

While VIRGINIASWHITE Studio may make reasonable efforts to capture requested content, specific images, footage, moments, or results cannot always be guaranteed.

Editing

Final photographs and videos may receive editing consistent with the approved project scope and Studio's creative approach.

Unless expressly included in writing, delivery does not include:

  • RAW photographs

  • Raw video footage

  • Unedited files

  • Project files

  • Working files

  • Unused takes

Delivery

Delivery format and estimated timeline will be identified for the applicable project.

Permissions

Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for obtaining necessary participant permissions, model releases where appropriate, property permissions, location permissions, venue access, copyright permissions, music permissions, performance permissions, and other required approvals for materials, locations, people, or content supplied or arranged by the client.

Weather and Uncontrollable Conditions

Outdoor photography or videography may be rescheduled when weather or other conditions make production unsafe or materially interfere with the planned work.

Usage

Rights to use photographs and videos are governed by the applicable agreement and VIRGINIASWHITE Studio's Usage & Licensing Information.
