This Payment Policy explains general payment practices for VIRGINIASWHITE Studio.

Accepted Payments

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout, through applicable invoices, or through an approved Studio payment processor.

Payment Structures

Depending on the product or service, payment structures may include:

• Payment in full

• Deposit plus final payment

• Milestone payments

• Installment plans

• Monthly retainers

• Recurring service subscriptions

• Membership subscriptions

• Custom payment schedules agreed in writing

Deposits and Initial Payments

Projects may not be placed on the Studio production schedule until required initial payments and applicable agreements have been received.

Final Payments

Outstanding balances must be paid according to the applicable invoice, checkout terms, proposal, or agreement.

Where permitted by the applicable agreement, final files, launches, publication, transfers, printing authorization, or other final delivery may be withheld until required balances are paid.

Late Payments

Past-due balances may result in paused work, delayed delivery, rescheduled production, suspension of recurring services, suspension of applicable account or membership benefits, or other remedies authorized by the governing agreement.

Third-Party Expenses

Third-party expenses may require advance payment before VIRGINIASWHITE Studio makes the applicable purchase or commitment.

Taxes

Applicable taxes may be collected when required.
