DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS

These Digital Product Terms apply to digital products offered through VIRGINIASWHITE Studio.

Digital products may include:

• Templates

• Workbooks

• Guides

• Planners

• Checklists

• Downloads

• Educational materials

• Digital resources

• Membership resources

• Other electronic products

License

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing or accessing a digital product provides the authorized purchaser or member with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the permitted personal or internal business use associated with that product.

You May Not

Unless expressly authorized, you may not:

• Resell the product

• Redistribute the original files

• Share paid files publicly

• Upload paid resources to file-sharing websites

• Give unauthorized individuals access to paid resources

• Claim Studio resources as your original creation

• Create competing products for resale substantially derived from Studio resources

• Transfer membership resources to non-members

• Remove copyright or ownership notices for redistribution

Customization

When editable templates are provided, authorized purchasers may customize them for their permitted use.

Customization does not transfer ownership of the underlying VIRGINIASWHITE Studio template or intellectual property.

Intellectual Property

Purchasing or accessing a digital product does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of VIRGINIASWHITE Studio intellectual property.

Refunds

Digital-product purchases are generally final after delivery or access, subject to applicable law and any product-specific terms.
